Our History

Over the course of our 30+ year history, Utilitec has earned a reputation of a customer communications management expert for clients in the utility industry. Since 2001, we have specifically focused on building purpose-built solutions for utilities in the following categories: print and mail, bill redesign, customer engagement, data security, e-billing, and payment. We currently manage the printing, mailing and web-presentment requirements for over 100 utilities nationwide. 

In 2019, Utilitec was acquired by leading customer communications and engagement technology provider Doxim. As a result, we now have additional document production facilities in the US and Canada and access to a broader suite of innovative customer communications management solutions.
