Information Technology (IT)
At Utilitec, our IT department has 24/7/365 availability. They’re always on call and ready to help our clients with any need. Also completely in-house and “home grown” they pride themselves on their many certifications, including being a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner!

Utilitec’s Client Service Department is specifically dedicated to client accounts. They oversee complete relationship management and act as both advisors and investigators. They are always available via phone, email, or text at any time on any day.

Our Project Management team is PMP certified. They not only oversee the implementation of each project plan, but act as design consultants to our clients as well.

Technical Support Group (TSG)
Utilitec’s Technical Support Group prides themselves on providing secure, available service with full disaster recovery capabilities. TSG also offers real-time and after-hour support. We are always here for our clients.
